    About TheRole

    Ensures all guest luggage,mail, deliveries, and faxes are delivered in a timely,professional, and efficient manner, ensuring that they are handledresponsibly and with care and deliver exemplary service and providea memorable impression of service to theguests.

    Responsibilities

    KeyDuties and Responsibilities

    • To adhere to the section'sStandard Operating Procedures at all times
    • Torespond orally to positive or negative feedback received directlyfrom guests or via comment cards/feedback systems and to developstrategies to address potential serviceshortfalls.
    • To be aware of local marketcompetition, to monitor trends within the industry and makesuggestions on how these could be implemented in ourresort.
    • To be innovative, suggesting new ideasand investigating new ways of doing things or new services for ourguests
    • To handle guest complaints, comments,problems/requests, and other incidents in a professional &efficient manner, to document all complaints and incidentsproperly, and to ensure that the (Assistant) Front Office Managerand other Head of Departments and Managers are fully informed aboutcomplaints/issues concerning their areas ofresponsibility.
    • To be fully aware of thehotel's credit policy and to make sure that all Conciergeemployees on duty are, too, and are always adhering to all aspectsof the credit policy.
    • To be fully aware of allhotel policies, procedures, and government rules ulations and to
    • Always maintain goodrelations with the police and other localauthorities.
    • Assists guests with loading& unloading luggage as well as delivering it to andcollecting it from the guest's room ensuring that nodamage is being done to any piece ofluggage.
