Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Trainer at Etihad International Hospitality LLC located in Abu Dhabi. The Housekeeping Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to housekeeping staff on various sectors including commercials cleaning sector and hospitals. The trainer will also be responsible for identifying performance gaps and coaching individuals and teams for improved outcomes. They will liaise with other departments to ensure effective and efficient housekeeping operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver effective training sessions
• Experience in developing and implementing housekeeping training programs
• Ability to identify performance gaps and coach individuals and teams for improved outcomes
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment used in housekeeping operations
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless housekeeping operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus
• proficiency in microsoft excel
