We are looking for a
Contract
Commercial Manager with Engineering Consultancy Background, to work for our client in Abu Dhabi.


Responsibilities:


  • Build relationships with clients to establish new contracts and to develop strong relationships with different departments within the company to ensure everyone is working toward the same targets and goals.
  • Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth, using analytics to create action plans based on data and statistics and interpret results against targets. Strategically expanding, preserving or improving company procedures, standards or policies
  • Develop product risk assessments and pricing structures to work toward commercial efforts. Financial planning and budgeting. Recognizing business opportunities
  • Overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met. If issues arise with contractors, commercial managers work with them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible not to affect the schedule.
  • Make sure stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations and determine when processes violate regulations. Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation. Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects
  • Putting together bids to win new business; Negotiating and agreeing contracts; Adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Required Education and Experience:


  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, MRICS
  • 810 Years' experience in Engineering Consultancy here in UAE
  • Experience in handling residential building projects and exposure to pre and post contracts
Salary decided upon the interview process + family medical + family air tickets are provided


Salary:
AED30, AED37,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Commercial Manager: 5 years (preferred)
- engineering consultancy: 5 years (preferred)

  • Post contract management: 10 years (preferred)
  • Pre contract management: 10 years (preferred)
- commercial projects: 5 years (preferred)
- residential projects: 5 years (preferred)
