About the team
Lark BusinessApplications team is part of the Lark Product Development andEngineering Architecture Department responsible for businessapplication research and development. We mainly support commercialproducts such as Feishu OKR Feishu Recruitment Feishu PerformanceFeishu HR Feishu Approval Feishu Contracts Feishu ExpenseManagement as well as business products servicing ByteDance infinance procurement investment internal auditing and more. With thefurtherance of Larks globalization strategy we aim to delve intobroader areas than our current scope and make an even greaterimpact.

Responsibilities:

• Providebackend service expertise in developing new features by workingclosely with design product and other crossfunctionalteams
• Contribute to overall system design andcode quality improvement
• Improve productquality through bug fixes performance analysis andtuning
• Collaborate with product and engineeringteams in Asia

MinimumQualifications:

• Final yearor recent graduate available to start full time in September2024
• Studying Software Development ComputerScience Computer Engineering or a related technicaldiscipline
• Good computing foundation highlyproficient in at least one of the programming languages: GolangJava and Python
• A strong developer and a greatproblem solver who thrives in a fastpacedenvironment
• Passion for building a largescaleproduct with incredible performance stability and elegant userexperience
• English professional languageproficiency is required

PreferredQualifications:

• Experiencewith or knowledge of messaging middleware relational database andcommon backend architecture
