Prepares detailed scale drawings and tracings from rough sketches or other data provided by the landscape architect.

Prepares separate detailed site plan, grading and drainage plan, lighting plan, paving plan, irrigation plan, planting plan, and drawings and detail of garden structures.
Builds models of proposes landscape construction and prepare colored drawings for presentation to client.
Prepare hand and computerbased landscape works as design drawings, presentation using Architectural 3D, rendering software.
Supporting the Engineering Team on the preparation of shop drawings, design and presentation of highquality landscape and concept drawings.
Project support and coordination for engineering works.
Support on the preparation of a comprehensive technocommercial proposal, estimation for landscape tenders and inquiries received from clients and to ensure the submission on the stipulated deadlines.

Review of tender package for any discrepancy between the drawings, specifications and BOQ and submit tender clarifications as well.

Preparation of technical design packages through to tender.
Perform technical design & planning work for landscaping projects
Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Civil Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, others.

Pay:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
