Aswe embark on our journey of improvement, we re excited to be hiringa Senior Product Manager to strengthen our innovative team anddrive our product strategy.

    Whatdoes a Senior Product Manager do atCollinson?

    AsSenior Product Manager, you will drive our product strategy for ourcustomer app and web experience. In this role, you will be definingthe product strategy by understanding the client (B2B) problems andbuild business opportunities to achieve company's overall strategyand goals such as conversion, revenue and customer growth targets.You will be responsible for the recruitment, development andmanagement of an empowered Product team, who will help you executethe product strategy.

    What the jobinvolves

    • Define anddevelop an innovative product roadmap, and create buy-in for theproduct vision both internally and with key partners&stakeholders.
    • Product management experience,in a tech-first B2B environment
    • Drive the definition and ongoing management ofhigh-quality outcome-focused product roadmaps based on productvision and strategy
    • Drive product launches byworking with company leadership, engineering and other productmanagement team members
    • Deliver high qualitybusiness requirements documents and functional specifications onidentified product changes, secure sign-off across multiple groupsand senior stakeholders
    • Define new features,functionality, and services that improve the customerexperience

    Who youare

    • Productmanagement experience, in a tech-first B2B environment
    • Can go from insight all the way to a shipped product andrealising its benefits. You re client obsessed and can go from aproduct idea or user insight, run a well defined discovery processthat draws from user research, survey data and quantitative data toform a well thought through product hypothesis
    • You re able to turn the product hypothesis into aprioritised roadmap that we can ship against, and then define aclear success criteria to evaluate whether it worked or didnt
    • Ruthlessly prioritises and makes the rightbets at the right time You know that a PM s job is aboutprioritising and knowing what to do when. You re able to recognisewhen you should make a small iteration bet or when you need to makea big 10x product bet. You have a thoughtful process on how youprioritise grounded in research, data and intuition
    • Experience in making data-driven product decisions andbuilding business cases
    • Demonstrableexperience of working closely with development teams
