    We re a team of team Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists and Inventors who use insights to hypothesise, experiment and drive continuous improvements - spearheading the travel and experience industry to new heights. As we embark on our journey of improvement, we re excited to be hiring a Senior Product Manager to strengthen our innovative team and drive our product strategy.

    What does a Senior Product Manager do at Collinson?

    As Senior Product Manager, you will drive our product strategy for our customer app and web experience. In this role, you will be defining the product strategy by understanding the client (B2B) problems and build business opportunities to achieve company's overall strategy and goals such as conversion, revenue and customer growth targets. You will be responsible for the recruitment, development and management of an empowered Product team, who will help you execute the product strategy.

    What the job involves

    • Define and develop an innovative product roadmap, and create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key partners& stakeholders.
    • Product management experience, in a tech-first B2B environment
    • Drive the definition and ongoing management of high-quality outcome-focused product roadmaps based on product vision and strategy
    • Drive product launches by working with company leadership, engineering and other product management team members
    • Deliver high quality business requirements documents and functional specifications on identified product changes, secure sign-off across multiple groups and senior stakeholders
    • Define new features, functionality, and services that improve the customer experience

    Who you are

    • Product management experience, in a tech-first B2B environment
    • Can go from insight all the way to a shipped product and realising its benefits. You re client obsessed and can go from a product idea or user insight, run a well defined discovery process that draws from user research, survey data and quantitative data to form a well thought through product hypothesis
    • You re able to turn the product hypothesis into a prioritised roadmap that we can ship against, and then define a clear success criteria to evaluate whether it worked or didn t
    • Ruthlessly prioritises and makes the right bets at the right time You know that a PM s job is about prioritising and knowing what to do when. You re able to recognise when you should make a small iteration bet or when you need to make a big 10x product bet. You have a thoughtful process on how you prioritise grounded in research, data and intuition
    • Experience in making data-driven product decisions and building business cases
    • Demonstrable experience of working closely with development teams
