Job Summary
To support and execute HR processes efficiently including recruitment support training coordination onboarding new employees maintaining employee records responding to staff queries ensuring compliance with approved policies and regulations promoting a positive organized work environment.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.- Teamwork initiative Accountability Strong command of Arabic good knowledge of English Effective communication skills Attention to detail accuracy Knowledge of UAE labor law expatriate affairs Customer service focus Ability to work under pressure Problemsolving skills Good computer skills MS Office HR systems Time management organizational skills
