Role Summary

What's On Your Plate?

  • Develop strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives and expand existing restaurant revenue in all areas.
  • Identify growth areas and set achievable targets for new live restaurants in the specified area and be accountable for overall team performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the designated city and set required plans to improve restaurant potential growth.
  • Generate extra revenue through team achievement of noncommission revenue (advertising) deals.
  • Follow up closely on team accomplishment of daily/weekly tasks to secure high levels of quality performance and ability to reach their targets through management skills by coaching, motivating, and guiding the team to full capacity.
  • Monitor performance of the team by ensuring growth of the team's portfolio, hygienic content metrics, promotions, account management, and market research.
  • Evaluate and assess targets on an individual level and provide objective feedback to support team members in their growth.
  • Scale the team according to the current portfolio of brands.
  • Create detailed reports to help the team achieve targets and maintain accurate records of restaurant details such as account management performance report and sales acquisition.
  • Propose new ways of improving liaison and growth with existing partner restaurants.
  • Integrate team tasks on corresponding tools and dashboards used within the company.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams to reach designated KPIs and work closely with the following departments: marketing, finance, operations and logistics.
  • Assisting Team Lead Online Account Management in expanding and growing newly acquired brands across the UAE.
What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Marketing / Business Systems or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Indepth Knowledge of Food Industry Market.
  • Knowledge of professional proposal and pricing model.
  • Knowledge of CRM.
  • Proper and Direct Team Management Experience.
  • Ecommerce Experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Hungry, Ambitious, Motivated.
  • V. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English language speaker.
  • Strong leadership skills.
