    Description

    RoleSummary

    You will be based inthe Regional NFV (non food vertical) team driving improvements incurrent Monitization operations. This role involves creating andimplementing processes for Monitization and Adtech feature rolloutsacross theregion.

    What's on yourplate?

    • Workwith local teams (Account Managers), to understand issues beingfaced from NCR and help the teams understand the working ofNCR
    • Optimize revenue generation from NCRproducts through process improvements and resolvingissues
    • Responsible for collating and resolvingbugs that country teams are facing, while upholding SLAsdefined
    • Working with key stakeholders: localteams, Talabat adtech product/tech team, DH adtech/product team andPOPS team
    • The role will also include supportinglocal team with selling NCR to vendors with sales pitchdeck
    • This will also include taking suggestionsfrom local teams to improve the product and addfeatures
    • Collaborate with different teamsacross the organization, communicate with stakeholders, analyzedata, and make recommendations for process improvements to optimizerevenue generation from NCRproducts
    • Responsible for addressing a range ofcommon problems and complex issues related to revenue generationfrom NCR products
    • Directly impact the businessby driving revenue growth from NCRproducts.
    • Identifying opportunities forimprovement and optimizing processes, the role will help toincrease the efficiency and effectiveness of revenueoperations

    What did weorder?

    • Experience in revenue operations,process improvement, and/or adtech
    • Familiaritywith data analytics and reporting, and have experience working withspreadsheets
    • Should have a strong analyticaland problem-solving mindset, as well as excellent communication andcollaboration skills
    • This role requires verygood interpersonal and communication skills because it deals withmultiple stakeholders: Local team Account Managers & TeamLeads
