    Description

    Budget / MIS and KPImonitoring

    • Support branch managementand BAM's on preparation of Budget/ Forecast, Performancesummary and review of varianceanalysis.
    • Support GM - Retail in review of onRetail KPI trends and improvement plans with BranchManagement.
    • Prepare reports and analysis formonthly Branch reviews to be held with GM Retail &BUFM.

    CashControls

    • Ensure practices are in placefor review of daily collection and deposit of cash and cheques bybranches and scrutinize GL control accounts for exceptions andpetty cash management and co-ordinate with AFSS (Al Futtaim SharedServices).

    SalesAccounting and control

    Oversee via theBAM's to ensure:

    • Alldocumentation is complete as per company procedures for all Finance/ Cash / Credit / Inter and Intra companydeals.
    • Authorise release of VCC and Salesletter as per company procedure.
    • Validation ofSales document pack /LPO and credit approval or clear funds/registration copy and authorise final release of the vehicle forcustomer delivery.
    • Process refunds within thesub-delegated authority /documentation and facilitate refundprocess with AFSS for beyond authoritylevels.
    • Check and validate all agreed checklist before confirming passport release of branch staff.

    Stockcontrols

    Oversee via theBAMS:

    • Ensure Stock controllers adhereto standard documentation and procedures with regard to stockmovements and best practices followed on stock management ofon-site stocks including Demo/display/Damagedstock
    • Always Ensure adequate insurance coveragefor dealership assets.
    • Review periodicalphysical inventory and reconciliation to ensure physical stocksmatch with the system stocks.
