Responsibilities:

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items according to established procedures and standards.
Inspect laundered items for stains, damages, and quality control, and rewash or mend items as needed.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironing machines, and folding tables, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
Handle and process customers' laundry orders accurately and efficiently, including tagging items, recording orders, and returning items to customers in a timely manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding laundry services, pricing, and policies, providing friendly and helpful assistance at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry facility, including cleaning equipment, surfaces, and floors, and disposing of waste and debris.
Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and detergents, and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and customer service standards.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience in the laundry facility.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role, such as laundry attendant, housekeeping, or janitorial services.
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the workplace.
