Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify that software products meet design specifications and functional requirements.
  • Conduct testing on all levels of the software development lifecycle, including unit, system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to closure.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements, specifications, and designs to ensure they are testable, traceable, and meet the needs of the business and endusers.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure software meets usability, performance, and reliability requirements.
  • Provide feedback to software development teams on the quality of the software products, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain test environments and test data to ensure test repeatability and accuracy.
  • Perform manual and automated testing as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 34 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on HR software or SaaS Cloud programs
  • Experience with automated testing tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case development, and test execution
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and debugging skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Tech-Specific Requirements:


  • Familiarity with RESTful web services and API testing tools
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Knowledge of software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
