Our Client
Our client is establishing a new, globally minded investment institution with ambitions across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States.
To support this growth, they are seeking a high‑calibre Associate to join the Office of the Chief Executive. This role works closely with the Group Chief Executive on fast‑moving priorities, structured execution, executive communications, research and high‑impact presentation development.
The Role
The Associate will help the Chief Executive operate effectively across multiple markets and time zones, maintain disciplined follow‑up on key initiatives, and produce executive‑ready presentations, briefing notes and research.
The role also supports intensive client and stakeholder engagement, particularly during international travel, ensuring strong preparation and seamless post‑trip execution.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include tracking follow‑up items from meetings and investor discussions, coordinating progress across teams, and supporting weekly prioritisation.
The Associate will develop and refine presentations for regulatory discussions, investor updates, market expansion strategies and client opportunities, often shaping unstructured inputs into clear, compelling narratives.
Frequent regional and international travel is required, with the Associate preparing agendas, briefing packs, biographies, talking points and follow‑up plans. They will capture key outcomes from each trip and ensure all commitments and next steps are actioned promptly. Strong coordination with senior leaders and functional teams is essential, along with the ability to draft clear internal communications and maintain a consistently professional and confidential approach.
The Requirements
Candidates will bring 2–6 years of experience in a high‑performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or strategy.
They will demonstrate exceptional PowerPoint capability, strong writing and synthesis skills, high‑quality research ability, and the maturity to manage competing priorities with calm and sound judgement.
This role supports an intensive international travel schedule, and applicants must be willing and able to travel frequently to the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and other counties.
