PositionSummary:
Thecandidate will produce and manage content for our social mediaplatforms, coordinate social media campaign strategy, tactics anddistribution, and educate our staff onsocial media bestpractices.
Thecandidate will plan, produce and post content on social mediaplatforms to maximize engagement with various external audiences.The candidate must be able to review institutional goals, determineappropriate channels for delivering content, identify opportunitiesto funnel traffic to the firm s website and monitor analytics torefine social media engagements. This includes writing content,responding to comments and messages, producing multimedia content,editing, expanding social network, reporting on ROI and trends, andother quality improvementmeasures.
Thecandidate will be responsible for developing social media campaignsand website blog posts to augment marketing initiatives, events andmore.
Thecandidate must possess strong problem-solving skills to identifyexisting limitations in social content strategies and effectivelypropose solutions that enhance our social presence. While thecandidate must be familiar with our existing social mediaplatforms, he or she must be capable of independently researchingnew tools and platforms, evaluating those programs andapplications, and deploying selected platforms in an effectivemanner.

Managingcomments and community engagement and ensuring appropriate timelyresponses
Coordinatingwith partners for cross-promotion on social media to build brandawareness
Buildingfollowings and engagements across socialmedia
Advocating withemployees to share content acrosssocial
SocialMediaManagement:
Coordinates thecentral social media platforms for Our, including planning,scheduling, producing, writing and executingcontent.
Engages andbuilds our online community by creating content that resonates withouraudiences.
Identifiestrending topics or areas of promotion that tailor themselves forconsumer-directed content over traditional news andPR.
CampaignPlanning:
Works closelywith the marketing team to outline social media needs for yearlycampaigns and develop production and publication schedules duringthe year to maximize resources and timemanagement.
Creates socialspecific-campaigns and augment cross-channelinitiatives.
Monthly reportsthat speak to problems and/or opportunities for thefirm.
SocialMedia Analytics andReporting:
Provides amonthly summary of social ROI for L10 group, including detectingtrends and making recommendations on how to improve content aroundthesetrends.
Provides amonthly review of sentiment analysis for seniorleadership.
Regularlyreviews important social media channel metrics and producesmeaningful reports that speak to a business problem oropportunity.
ContinuousImprovement:
Conducts A/Btesting for continual improvement ofcontent.
Builds aconsistent tone and voice for Our socialproperties.
Conductsresearch of the social media field for new technologies thatimprove user engagement and overall social mediaeffectiveness.
Studies socialmedia technologies and trends, and adapts new social mediatechnologies to prototype solutions that are meaningful to lawfirms.
Regularlyreviews social media channels of Our competitors, and criticallyevaluates Our standards againstthem.
Requirements:
3 5years of experience as a Social MediaManager
Bachelor sDegree in Marketing, PR orCommunications
Familiarity withSocial Media tools such as Hootsuite, Canva,etc.
