    Social Media Manager

    Position Summary:

    The candidate will produce and manage content for our social media platforms, coordinate social media campaign strategy, tactics and distribution, and educate our staff on social media best practices.

    The candidate will plan, produce and post content on social media platforms to maximize engagement with various external audiences. The candidate must be able to review institutional goals, determine appropriate channels for delivering content, identify opportunities to funnel traffic to the firm s website and monitor analytics to refine social media engagements. This includes writing content, responding to comments and messages, producing multimedia content, editing, expanding social network, reporting on ROI and trends, and other quality improvement measures.

    The candidate will be responsible for developing social media campaigns and website blog posts to augment marketing initiatives, events and more.

    The candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills to identify existing limitations in social content strategies and effectively propose solutions that enhance our social presence. While the candidate must be familiar with our existing social media platforms, he or she must be capable of independently researching new tools and platforms, evaluating those programs and applications, and deploying selected platforms in an effective manner.

    Key responsibilities Include:

    Creating a daily, weekly and monthly social calendar for Our

    Scheduling social media calendar and adjusting as needed

    Coordinating with Marketing Director, consultants and attorneys to execute social media content

    Syndicating podcast content for social media - working to promote the podcast each week

    Managing comments and community engagement and ensuring appropriate timely responses

    Coordinating with partners for cross-promotion on social media to build brand awareness

    Building followings and engagements across social media

    Advocating with employees to share content across social

    Social Media Management:

    Coordinates the central social media platforms for Our, including planning, scheduling, producing, writing and executing content.

    Engages and builds our online community by creating content that resonates with our audiences.

    Identifies trending topics or areas of promotion that tailor themselves for consumer-directed content over traditional news and PR.

    Campaign Planning:

    Works closely with the marketing team to outline social media needs for yearly campaigns and develop production and publication schedules during the year to maximize resources and time management.

    Creates social specific-campaigns and augment cross-channel initiatives.

    Monthly reports that speak to problems and/or opportunities for the firm.

    Social Media Analytics and Reporting:

    Provides a monthly summary of social ROI for L10 group, including detecting trends and making recommendations on how to improve content around these trends.

    Provides a monthly review of sentiment analysis for senior leadership.

    Regularly reviews important social media channel metrics and produces meaningful reports that speak to a business problem or opportunity.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Conducts A/B testing for continual improvement of content.

    Builds a consistent tone and voice for Our social properties.

    Conducts research of the social media field for new technologies that improve user engagement and overall social media effectiveness.

    Studies social media technologies and trends, and adapts new social media technologies to prototype solutions that are meaningful to law firms.

    Regularly reviews social media channels of Our competitors, and critically evaluates Our standards against them.

    Requirements:

    3 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager

    Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, PR or Communications

    Familiarity with Social Media tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
