    Required Skills To BeSuccessful

    • Ability to work autonomously andconfidentially, managing and prioritizing administrative tasksefficiently and effectively.
    • Demonstratedwriting and editing skills, including the ability to presentinformation in a clear and concisemanner.
    • Demonstrated competency in designingand maintaining office filing and records systems, and competencein taking minutes and preparingcorrespondence.
    • Ability to successfully managefunctions, events and conferences.
    • Systematicand organized approach to work.

    What Equips You For TheRole

    • Minimum 5 years of experience inadministration or secretarial role, with at least 3 yearsexperience in the capacity of Personal Assistant or ExecutiveSecretary for a C-Suite level position in a large-sizedorganisation.
    • Exceptional digital skills is animportant requirement.
