General administrative support:
Answer phone calls, take messages, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day office tasks.
Reception and visitor management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Appointment and meeting coordination:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, and manage logistics as needed.
Record management:
Maintain and update company records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and important documents.
Mail and package handling:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Office supply and equipment management:
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Document preparation:
Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as requested.
Administrative support to management:
Assist the management team with various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Meeting and event coordination:
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Policy and procedure maintenance:
Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and suggesting improvements.
Confidentiality and discretion:
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Team collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations and a positive work environment.
Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
