Property Management Executive

Salary:
AED AED 3500 per month

Driving License is must.

Key Responsibilities:
-

Minimum of 2 years' Experience in Property Management companies is Mandatory.
Experience in Making Tenancy Contract, Property Management Contract and MOU.
Good Knowledge of RERA Rules of Owners and Tenants.
Experience in DEWA registration and disconnection.
Experience with Ejari Registration and Cancellation
Dealing with different Landlords / Tenants and Contractors.
Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate moveins, moveouts, and property inspections/snagging.
Assist in rent collection processes, including sending reminders and managing payment records.
Keep track of rental income and expenses, contributing to financial reports.
To do regular follow up with bounced cheques & outstanding payments.
Help in monitoring and enforcing lease terms, including handling late payments and initiating eviction processes when necessary.
Compile data and generate reports on property occupancy, maintenance requests, and financial performance.
Assist property manager in analyzing trends, market rent research and making datadriven recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.
Must be a team player and is confident to talk with clients
Perform other jobrelated duties requested by the management

Qualifications and requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar position.
Proven experience in property management, preferably in Dubai's real estate market.
Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
