    1. Engagement Execution &
    Operations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Execute student
    and school engagement plans<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate
    workshops, online sessions, and school visits<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage
    logistics, schedules, and communications<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support
    onboarding activities during pilot and scale -up phases<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Relationship Support &
    Communication<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Serve as
    secondary point of contact for schools and partners<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Respond to
    queries, requests, and issues in a timely manner<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Escalate
    complex issues to the Partnership Manager or PMO<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain
    positive, professional relationships with stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Tracking, Reporting & Feedback<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Track
    engagement metrics such as:<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Attendance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Course
    participation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drop -off rates<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
  • Collect
    feedback from students and schools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Share insights
    with Content, LMS, and PMO teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support
    continuous improvement initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    4. Coordination & Support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Support
    marketing campaigns and activations<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Coordinate with
    Admin & Reporting Executive for accurate data capture<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Additional

  • 3–6 years of

  • Education or

  • Experience
