The Supervisor WFM, will be responsible for thesupervision of the Real-Time team . This position will maintain theinternal policies and procedures, support operations and RTAanalysts in identifying trends, providing input on metricimprovements, including forecast versus actuals.

JobDescription:

• Ensures the successful delivery ofWFM support and acts as a liaison between WFM Shared Services andOperations organization.
• Manage and lead theReal Time Analysts providing coach and feedback on a weeklybasis.
• Active participation in the Forecast andCapacity plan meetings.
• Lead Real time,Analytics and Reporting processes.
• Implementstrategic planning processes and share best practices inside theteams.
• Guarantee the accuracy of all WFMprocesses.
• Provide climate actions to guaranteea work environment connected to the CNXvalues.
• Guarantee that all WFM members are incompliance with WFMU.

CandidateProfile

• Proficient in Excel and otherMicrosoft Office tools.
• 2 years' anda solid experience in WFM.
• Experience with WFMtools (IEX, Verint-BluePumpkin, Teleopti, Calabrio and Genesis),Avaya-CMS.
• Multi-program / Multi-campaignexperience.
• Ability to multi-task and meettimelines on deliverables.
• Effectivecommunication skills, both written andverbal.
• Detailoriented
