We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our manpower division in Abudhabi Region, who has experience in catering to Oil & Gas and Fabrication IndustryKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of business growth strategies for the Manpower Division.
- Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Cultivate and nurture longterm client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor our manpower solutions to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to win new business.
- Stay informed about market trends and competition to identify opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the blue collar area in oil& gas and Fabricationsector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative approaches to business growth.
- Previous experience in managing client relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi job market and similar field experince
Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
