    Description

    ProposalAnd Negotiation

    • Prepare tailored proposals andcontracts in accordance with the guest'sneeds.
    • Negotiate terms, rates, and packages tomaximize revenue while meeting guest expectations.

    RelationshipBuilding

    • Build and maintain positiverelationships with clients and guests, ensuring their needs are metbefore, during, and after theirstay.
    • Collaborate with other departments, suchas Banquets, Food and Beverage and Front Office, to ensure seamlessexecution of events and bookings.

    MarketKnowledge

    • Stay updated on industry trends,competitors, and market demands.
    • Identifyopportunities to position the hotel effectively within themarket.

    SalesReporting

    • Maintain accurate records of allcommunications and bookings in the hotel's CustomerRelationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Provideregular sales reports and forecasts to the Director ofSales.

    CustomerService

    • Offer exceptional customer service toexceed guest expectations and foster long-termrelationships.
    • Address and resolve guestconcerns or issues promptly.

    RevenueMaximization

    • Implement pricing and inventorystrategies to optimize revenue andoccupancy.
    • Upsell additional services andamenities to enhance the guest experience.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in lifestyle/luxury hotelsegment
    • Excellent communication skills (verbaland written)
    • Very good presentation skills(site inspections)
    • Knowledge of group andconference business
    • Knowledge and experiencewith Microsoft Office is mandatory
    • Knowledge ofcontractual agreements and legalimplications
    • Knowledge and experience withOpera is an advantage
    • Previous experience ismandatory
    • Team player with supportiveattitude
