Our client is a reputable family-owned business based in Dubai, specializing in Equestrian Equipment and Services including Race Railings, Paddock Fencings, and Transporters, and have been in the business for the last 30 years.

As the Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our client's business.

This position is the first finance hire and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daytoday financial operations of the company.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Collaborate with the leadership team to prepare comprehensive budgets aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Monitor and analyze budgetary performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Generate and manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
Track receipts and maintain organized financial records.
Monitor and control inventory levels, optimizing stock to meet customer demands.
Work closely with relevant teams to ensure efficient inventory turnover.
Implement robust systems to track and manage receivables.
Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate timely payment collections.
Develop and maintain costing models to support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
Regularly review and update cost models to reflect market dynamics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance management, preferably within the retail or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Timings:
Monday to Friday from 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
