    Description

    PositionSummary:

    TheCustomer Account Specialist I is responsible for providing customersupport to assigned customers and assisting sales

    EssentialFunctions:

    1. Conferwith customers and sales force by telephone and email in order toprovide information about products and
    2. Processorders and
    3. Trackshipping
    4. Receivedamage
    5. Responsiblefor SAP data
    6. Comparedisputed merchandise with original requisitions and informationfrom
    7. InformAccount Manager of any changes to customer
    8. Invoiceall managed accounts same day as shipping and follow individualaccounts invoicing
    9. Conferwith upper management on account
    10. Escalateunresolved account issues to CSR II, Lead CSR or
    11. Communicateand coordinate with internal
    12. Followup on customer
    13. Performother duties as


    Requirements

    EducationandExperience:

    • HighSchool Diploma, general education degree or
    • 6months or more customer service
    • Workingknowledge of Microsoft Excel, including: pivot tables, vlookup, andcreating
    • Workingknowledge of customer service and sales principles and
    • Proficiencyin relevant computer
    • Abilityto type 45
    • Knowledgeof administrative
    • SAPexperience is
