    Description
    • Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to accurately assess patient needs anddevelop a treatment plan that meets thoseneeds.
    • Participate as a key member of thepatient care team to formulate treatment plans and monitor patientprogress.
    • Utilize and promote approvedstandards of care, procedures, methods, techniques, safetyprecautions, and study protocols.
    • Participatein the development, review, and evaluation of standard operatingprocedures and study-specificprocedures.
    • Mentor junior doctors and medicalstudents, perform auditing and research and attend conferences andcommittee meetings as necessary.

    Daily And MonthlyResponsibilities

    • Order several diagnostic tests, whichinclude biopsy, imaging procedures, and blood tests, to confirm aspecific diagnosis.
    • Provide patients withdetailed information regarding cancer, the prognosis of thedisease, and possible interventions or treatment options they maychoose to undergo.
    • Develop appropriatetreatment plans, complete with measurable goals, that provide thehighest level of care while considering and respecting thepatient's preference.
    • Maintainpatients' quality of life by managing cancer-related painand other symptoms and side effects oftreatment.
    • Reassess the progress of the diseaseas treatment progresses and pursue alternative therapies as needed,as well as palliative care whenappropriate.
    • Participate in training sessionsand correspondence for respective study protocols and clinicaltrials, ensuring confidentiality ismaintained.
