Preparing Detailed Budget for the Joinery and Interior Fit out works

Preparing detailed costing for the Projects

Pre and post both

Preparing monthly invoices

Coordinate with site teams and designing department

Preparing monthly production report

Take off quantity from site and drawings

Coordinate with production and management

cost analysis for the ongoing projects

coordinate with clients

Handling subcontractors for payment

Preparing the site program with engineers

Minimum 5 years UAE Experience is Must
