    Responsibilities

    • Provide specialized medical care tonewborn infants in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs)
    • Assess and monitor the health anddevelopment of newborns through physical examinations, diagnostictests, and medical histories
    • Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop andimplement individualized treatment plans fornewborns
    • Administer medications, performprocedures, and recommend therapies asneeded
    • Provide education and support tofamilies, including explaining medical conditions, discussingtreatment options, and addressing theirconcerns
    • Stay updated on the latestadvancements and research in neonatology through ongoing learningand professional development

    Requirements

    • Medical degree and valid license topractice as a Neonatologist Specialist
    • Boardcertification or fellowship training inNeonatology
    • Proven experience in diagnosing andtreating medical conditions in newborninfants
    • Expertise in providing specializedmedical care in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs)
    • Strong knowledge of neonatologyprinciples, practices, and treatmentmodalities
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively interact with newborn infants,families, and healthcareprofessionals
    • Detail-oriented mindset with theability to manage and prioritize multiplecases
    • Demonstrated ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively as part of a healthcareteam
    • Strong problem-solving andcritical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues innewborns
