The IT Coordinator will manage hotel IT systems including networks servers and user hardware install configure update software and operating systems on property devices provide technical support troubleshooting to hotel team across departments guests monitor systems for performance vulnerabilities security risks like PCI DSS compliance implement IT policies access controls data protection measures coordinate IT asset procurement maintenance schedules inventory management collaborate with corporate teams vendors for hotel-wide brand-wide technology upgrades plan lead local IT projects system migrations Wi-Fi expansions server upgrades maintain documentation configuration change logs licensing ensure timely resolution helpdesk tickets user requests.Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Coordinator similar role.
- Diploma Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support roles within hospitality.
