    LINQM is looking for a Technical/FunctionalProject
    This contractor position reports to the UITProject Management Office (UIT PMO), working with a group oftechnical project managers assembled into multidisciplinary teamsto complete a broad range of critical University-wide technology ;The project manager is responsible for managing large and complextechnical projects leveraging project management best practices todrive continuous improvement and ensure consistent, high-quality ;The project manager is expected to weigh the interests of multiplestakeholders, act with the highest professionalism, and exerciseindependent judgment and ;

    Project Management (60%)

    Perform the full range of project management cycle:
    initiating,planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and Independentlylead and direct projects requiring high levels of functionalintegration and involving multiple disciplines to be
    Direct development of an action plan, and estimate requirements forresources, including management, labor, materials, and timerequired to complete
    Facilitate discussions andnegotiations to drive recommendation and
    Develop andhelp execute comprehensive change management strategy andcommunication plan relative to project scope and stakeholders;orchestrate and lead change management methodologies underlyingproject
    Responsibilities include but not limited to:charter origination; scope identification and shaping scopedefinition; manage stakeholders, constituents and disciplinesacross Stanford and beyond, including local cities/counties;risk-manage, control and report on risk associated with morecomplicated projects, affecting division or program as it relatesto their project portfolio; project complexity involvessynthesizing complex technical data and driving
    Adapt totools, methodologies, and practices used by the UIT
    PMOProcess, Methodology and Tools (40%)
    Administer the UITPMO project intake process and procedures including coordinatingproject qualifications and demand management, creating resourceplans, and evaluating resource
    Assist with PPM/PMOprocess improvement initiatives as defined in the PMO

    Qualification:

    Educationand Experience
    Bachelor's degree in arelated field and five years of related experience in management ofprojects with extensive size/complexity and moderate performancerisk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, andbudgeting, or combination of education and relevant

    Solid experience with MSOffice tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio), Smartsheet,ServiceNow Project Portfolio Manager (PPM), Zoom, Slack and Jabberare strongly
    Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
    Experience with PeopleSoft Student and HR Administration
    Understanding of Telecom service delivery ( paging, TDM,VoIP, PBX, Call Manager) and Telecom vendors such as Cisco, Nortelis a
    Experience with managing IT technicalinfrastructure, application and system integrations
    Knowledge of quality assurance and testing practices
    Knowledge of data integration across different technical platforms
    Understanding of Web application architecture and thetechnology tiers that support them, system architectures,application integration, and object oriented languages

    Certifications andLicenses
    Project Management Professional(PMP) certified completion of a Project Management Certificateprogram, or certification in
