    Description
    • Assess unit operation and instructcorrective action to resolve processproblems.
    • Develop monthly performance reportsfor related units in Jubail and Yanbu using tools such as APAC,Ex-aquantum, DCS trends, PRO II, Uniformance, DYNAMO,etc.
    • Suggest improvements for process controlstrategies.
    • Review and assess the overallperformance of plants and equipment, such as compressors, pumps,heat exchangers, distillation columns,etc.
    • Identify losses and proposerecommendations for improvement.
    • Providenecessary support to operations staff during shutdown, start-up,complex troubleshooting, and critical or emergencysituations.
    • Ensure plant process integritythrough a well-defined operating envelope and proper monitoring ofcritical process parameters.
    • Contribute toProcess Safety by monitoring Process Safety Performance Indicators(PSPI) and proposing improvements.
    • Support theimplementation of standards and recommendations from the industry(EIGA, API, etc.).
    • Participate in AlarmManagement committee and MOC reviewcommittee.
    • Participate and/or lead processHazard Analysis (PHA) for revalidations andprojects.
    • Act as SHE element administrator orSub-element committee member.
    • Prepare studyreports and/or process specifications for proposals for plantchanges/modifications (MOC), projects, and technical ideasinitiated.
    • Support definition andimplementation of Capital projects by providing input forconceptual Design Package (CDP), technical input to'Invitation to Bid' (ITB), and technical supportduring execution.
    • Contribute and providetechnical support for investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)initiatives.
    • Utilize reliability methodologies(RCM, RBI, RIS, ACA).
    • Interact and handlecommunication with Licensors, Suppliers, This Company Technologyand Innovation (T&I), Asset Technology Center (ATC), otheraffiliates, and vendors.
