    Description

    travers le Canada,EBC d ploie son savoir-faire pour la r alisation de projets dinfrastructures, tels que la construction ou la r fection de ponts,routes et autoroutes, tunnels, quais ou jet es. cela s ajoutentgalement des projets d nergie, que ce soient des projets hydrolectriques, tels que des barrages, centrales, tunnels et digues, oula construction de parcs oliens. Le d partement de la paie assurele respect des diff rentes conventions et des obligations fiscalesdes diff rentes provinces o nous faisonsaffaire.

    RESPONSABILITS

    Sousla supervision de la Contr leur, Service paie, le Paie-ma tre -Construction participera aux diverses t ches du d partement de lapaie, afin d en assurer le bon fonctionnement et d assurer le suivirigoureux des diff rentsdossiers.

    • Participerla supervision du personnel du dpartement;
    • Assurerle respect des conventions collectives et des changements lors desrenouvellements;
    • Approuver lesfactures et pr parer les diff rentspaiements;
    • Prparer et maintenir jour les tableaux des co ts de main d uvre pourtoutes lesconventions;
    • Pr parer diffrents rapports pour fins defacturation;
    • Prparer les rapports CSST des provinces en vue despaiements;
    • Balancerr guli rement les comptes de grand livre de lapaie;
    • Balancerles provisions de vacances pour chaquecompagnie;
    • Fairele suivi des avantages imposables des employs;
    • Procder la fin d ann e de paie (T4, Relev 1) et l ouverture de lanouvelle anne;
    • Prparer diff rents rapports, ainsi que pour les v rificateursexternes;
    • Sassurer du respect des mesures fiscales des diff rentesprovinces;
    • Crer des codes de paie dans le syst meinformatique;
    • Procder la production de la paiehebdomadaire:

    oCr er oueffectuer les changements dans les fiches d employ s dans les diffrents syst mes de l entreprise. (Cr ation d employ s, changement deprojet, ajustement des conditions, modifications des renseignementspersonnels,etc.)

    oV rifier lescartes de temps afin d assurer le respect desconventions.

    oAssister lesemploy s quant aux acc s leurs talons de paie, au portail de lentreprise,etc.

    oR pondre auxappels des gouvernements concernant les pensions alimentaires, lessaisies, les paiements de remises,etc.

    oPr parer lescessations demploi.

    oBalancer etcomptabiliser les remises hebdomadaires au niveau des d ductions lasource.

    oBalancer etcomptabiliser les remises mensuelles pour toutes les unions,assurances collectives, REER, etc pour toutes lescompagnies.

    oAssurer lepaiement desvacances.

    oEffectuer les rtros des salaires pour les contrats de travail et les conventionscollectives.



    Requirements

    EXIGENCES*

    • tre titulaire d un DEC en comptabilit;
    • Exprience significative dans un poste similaire;
    • Connaissancedu logiciel Titan (unatout);
    • Dtenir des connaissances approfondies de la suite Microsoft Office;
    • tre disponible les lundissoirs;
    • tre en mesure de communiquer en anglais, autant l crit qu loral.
