Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Assistant for holiday homes, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the accommodation facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.

You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the holiday home including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces.

Linen and Laundry Management: Responsible for laundering and changing bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities according to established standards.

Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables, and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of each holiday home before guest arrivals to ensure that everything is in order and report any damages or maintenance issues to the management.

Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any requests or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and maintenance personnel to coordinate tasks and maintain efficient operations.

Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures at all times to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs and peak seasons.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience of housekeeping in Holiday Homes or hotel
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Pay:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
