Description
Design and implement social media strategy to align with brand Vision, including budget planning, content management, copywriting & social media calendar along with implementation schedules.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and brand preferences
- Brand improvement using the latest trends of user engagement
- Creating and managing accounts on Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap Chat, and YouTube.
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI Collaborate with other teams, like Operations, Marketing Team, to ensure brand consistency
- Strategize and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Establish the most important metrics for the brand, analyse competitors.
- Communicate with followers,respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects from ideation stage until the prizes/ giveaways are collected by the winners
- Create and manage google my business pages for every centre and reverting to the customer queries, feedback, rating and sharing the same with all relevant departments and centres
- Build on existing brand guidelines to create social media templates
- Visit every centre at least once a month to create & build a photo & video content library for that centre to be used on company's socials
- Cover events/ workshops/activities at the centres and going live on social media, if required
- Sharing posts/ creative with all the relevant malls to be covered by them on their social media platform
- Joining various Facebook groups,as relevant to the brand's target audience, and post content/ creative to increase visibility about the brand, its offerings, or the event
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Hashtag analysis, social media audit & competitor analysis
- Regularly shares insights gained from social media monitoring with the Marketing Manager, to help evolve the strategies in a timely fashion
Pay:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
Social Media Manager: 5 years (required)
- proven developing creative content for Schools/Nurseries: 4 years (required)
- managing social media accounts: 4 years (required)
- conducting workshops and events: 4 years (required)
