    This position is amember of the Corporate Marketing Team reporting to the Sr.Director of Marketing & Business Development. The MarketingAnalyst is a team lead owning managerial execution of three keyareas: Salesforce, GDSN platforms and Sales Team Reporting& Analytics. Role requires working closely with sales teamsand key customers to provide data & insights continuallyimproving our processes allowing our organization to sell moreeffectively and drive long-term growth. Data synchronization andaccuracy of these three key areas across company platforms such asInfor M3, Optiva and Blacksmith will require software intuition,strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Lead sales teams as the Salesforcesubject matter expert, offering continuous training and support.Drive deeper into Salesforce functionality using Trailhead andother training resources.
    • Develop and maintaincomprehensive dashboards, reports, and metrics within Salesforce tofacilitate effective sales governance and performancemonitoring.
    • Proactively explore and utilizeSalesforce functionalities to optimize user experience andoperational efficiency.
    • Collaborate closelywith the sales team to identify and resolve technical issues,assessing the need for external consultant involvement and managingrelated costs accordingly.
    • Lead and manage GSDNplatforms with accurate publication of product information andimages to data pools like 1WorldSync andSyndigo.
    • Ensure high compliance scores oncustomer GSDN portals to avoid penalties by regularly updating andmaintaining product attributes andimages.
    • Produce, analyze and distribute monthlyreports requirements. Report examples include sales team dashboardsto marketing asset inventories to financialreports.
    • Ownership of master data integrityincluding attributes and hierarchies at both customer and productlevel tying back to general ledger reconciliation andcross-departmental alignments through OVOTinitiative.
    • Utilize a data-driven approach toevaluate the outcomes of marketing and sales campaigns, develop keyperformance indicators (KPIs), and refine futurestrategies.
    • Analyze market, territory andbusiness trends that drive stronger performance and help manage theeffectiveness of promotional activities directing strategicdecision-making. Scope goes beyond traditional direct customers toinclude Buying Groups and Group PurchasingOrganizations.
    • Support the accuracy andintegrity of data migration projects within ERP systems, with afocus on customer and productinformation.
    • Ensure data consistency andcompleteness across all reporting metrics, including third-partyindirect purchasing data.
    • Collaborate closelywith onsite teams and participate in onsite meetings to drivedepartmental objectives.

    Competencies

    Stronginterpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communicationskills. Excellent planning and organization, project management andtime management skills. Must be able to learn as well astrain.

    Strong problem-solving and analyticalskills evidenced by the ability to mine data, identify performancetrends and mobilize key findings into actionable recommendations.Strong spreadsheet modeling skills arerequired.

    Organizational Skills - Ensureprojects are tracked and completed in a timely manner;Multi-tasking and various external and internal contacts willrequire strong organizational skills.
