Assistant Accountant (Dubai)

Asia Bolts Industries L.L.C - Dubai.

Asia Bolts Industries L.L.C is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial fasteners based in Dubai Investment Park-II, Dubai is recruiting an Assistant Accountant.

Job Location:
Dubai

Job Responsibilities

To prepare and maintain the petty cash.
To prepare monthly payroll & all related transactions for all branches.
To prepare and maintain intercompany reconciliation.
Booking of petrol expense of company vehicles.
Registering new employees with the bank or exchange.
To verify and arrange the payment of Phone Bills & Utility Bills of the company.
Filing & Documentation of Journal Vouchers.
To renew the company vehicles with insurance & enter in the system.
Coordinating suppliers for the payment.
Checking the payment voucher and cheque along with D.O. & P.O.
Reconciliation of Ledgers.
Support the Manager in Audit.
Preparation of CAD / LC documents.
To update and maintain the invoices record.
Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

Skills and Competency

Qualification:
B. COM

Experience: 2 to 3 years in manufacturing sector

Soft Skills:
Good Knowledge of MS. Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Good Written Communication Skills, Coordination

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 27/03/2023
