    As a Senior Product Designer at Deriv you will be a key member of adynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the userexperience of our users in a fastpaced and everevolving domain offinancial markets. Among other things you will spearhead thecreation of cuttingedge design solutions for our versatilemultiplatform trading software that are used throughout the worldon varying bandwidths.
    Your challenges
    • Carry out the discovery and implementation of product design userjourneys aligning them with the companys vision and objectivesfocusing on creating intuitive interfaces through embedding designprinciples refining design systems and implementing design thinkingmethodologies.
    • Advocate for ausercentric approach leading by example conducting thorough userresearch to derive insights and translating them into userfriendlyaesthetically pleasing and functional product designs.
    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctionalteams including product managers engineers and marketers toseamlessly integrate design into the product developmentprocess.
    • Take charge of theprototyping process conducting usability testing to validate anditerate on design concepts based on user feedback.
    • Set and maintain high standards of designquality across all product touchpoints.
    • Lead design within an agile squad ensuringadherence to timelines and delivering highquality designsolutions.
    • Communicate designconcepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholderssecuring buyin for design decisions and collaborate seamlessly withengineering teams to ensure the final product aligns with thedesign vision and meets user expectations.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends emergingtechnologies and design best practices encouraging a culture ofexperimentation and creative problemsolving within theteam.

    What you have
    • 3years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasingyour detailed work
    • Proven expertisein product design from concept to execution across variousplatforms including web mobile responsive and native
    • Exceptional skills in User Interface (UI)design interaction design and prototyping
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma andAdobe Suite
    • Strong collaborationand communication skills with the ability to work effectively withcrossfunctional teams including product managers andengineers
    • A passion for stayinguptodate with design trends emerging technologies and design bestpractices
    • An ability to work in afastpaced agile environment
    • Strategic thinking ability that can translate business goals intocompelling design solutions
    • Anability to provide clear and constructive feedback topeers

    Whats good tohave
