Receptionist cum Listing Admin to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Maintain and update listings on our website and other platforms

Coordinate with agents and clients to ensure smooth transactions

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Provide support to the sales and marketing teams as needed


Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, mandatory in real estate for at least 6 months.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Creating contracts for real estate transactions (Form A,B,F)

Compiling and managing property listings

Registering with developers for new projects

Familiarity with real estate listing portal (Property Finder,Bayut,Dubizzle etc)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
