    Deine Aufgaben

    Um unser tolles Team weiter auszubauen, suchen wir zum n chstm glichen Zeitpunkt einen Office Manager (m/w/d). Als Office Manager (m/w/d) bist du f r den reibungslosen B robetrieb an unserem Standort in Hamburg (WeWork G nsemarkt) und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse verantwortlich. Du sorgst daf r, dass wir allen externen Besuchern einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erm glichen.

    • Du bist der erste Kontakt f r unsere Kunden, Gesch ftspartner, neue Mitarbeitende sowie Lieferanten (sowohl pers nlich als auch am Telefon)
    • Du k mmerst dich um die Verpflegung und Betreuung unserer G ste ebenso wie die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Meetingr ume
    • Du bist f r das B romanagement zust ndig. Hierzu geh ren: die Sicherstellung der B roordnung, das Erledigen der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost, die Umsetzung anfallender Ad-hoc Aufgaben und das Bestellen von B romaterial und weiteren am Standort ben tigten G tern wie z.B. Obst, Getr nke und Snacks
    • Du koordinierst kleinere Projekte wie bspw. die Organisation von Office-Events und die Gestaltung des B ros
    • Du bist Teil des HR-Teams und unterst tzt dieses aktiv in organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen

    Dein Profil

    • Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufm nnische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen als Office Manager (m/w/d) und bei der Entwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen sammeln k nnen
    • Du besitzt ein hohes Ma an Selbstst ndigkeit, dich zeichnet eine l sungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus, du verf gst ber eine Hands-on-Mentalit t
    • und packst gerne mit an
    • Du beantwortest mithilfe deines hohen Kommunikationsverm gens deinem Gegen ber alle aufkommenden Fragen souver n
    • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, kannst mehrere Themen gleichzeitig handeln und bleibst dabei freundlich und entspannt
    • Du bist fit in MS-Office und hast eine professionelle Ausdrucksweise auf Deutsch (schriftlich und m ndlich), ber weitere Sprachkenntnisse freuen wir uns sehr
