    The Role
    We specialise in secondary sales and leasing with an emerging focus on offplan sales. We believe in a fresh and transparent approach in our client relationship management. Professionalism customer service and consistency are the core values that underlay our agents and how they interact with our clients. What the daily responsibilities of a real estate broker are: Sourcing properties through our database of vendors Listing and marketing properties with the support of our admin team Servicing leads and enquiries in a professional manner Setting and attending appointments and viewings Following up and communicating with clients on a regular basis Preparing agreements between clients What we provide: Attractive commission structures Inhouse marketing team Social media team Full employment visa Private medical insurance Full admin and backoffice support Existing & brandnew databases Monthly quarterly and yearly incentives A structured career plan in order to achieve your financial/career goals One on one mentoring Photographer and Videographer A robust CRM custom built on Salesforce Strong presence on all the property portals
