We are hiring a Portfolio Growth and Acquisitions Manager to drive strategic portfolio expansion as First Class continues to scale across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
This role is focused on identifying high-potential properties, building strong owner relationships, and converting acquisition opportunities into measurable portfolio growth. You will own the acquisition pipeline end to end, from sourcing and evaluation to negotiation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and acquire new residential units aligned with revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers
- Evaluate property performance potential based on location, demand, and projected ROI
- Lead negotiations and close acquisition agreements
- Develop and manage a consistent acquisition pipeline
- Track and report on portfolio growth metrics, including unit additions and revenue potential
- Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and positioning
Market and Growth Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify high-growth zones and emerging opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and short-term rental trends
- Align acquisitions with overall brand positioning and occupancy strategy
- Support expansion initiatives across multiple business lines and locations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- Align acquisition efforts with revenue forecasts and occupancy goals
- Ensure new units meet First Class quality and brand standards

Requirements
Proven experience in property acquisitions, real estate brokerage, or portfolio growth
* Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
* Experience working with investors or property owners
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical thinking
* Experience in short-term rental or hospitality is an advantage
