- Gerir a MailBox Geral do Gabinete do Cliente;
- Receber e encaminhar todas as mensagens que cheguem ao gabinete e requeiram o esclarecimento, ajuste ou corre o por parte da Unidade, culminando com uma comunica o ao cliente em resposta;
- Garantir que as reclama es, pedidos de esclarecimento, agradecimentos e/ou sugest es s o alvo do devido acompanhamento por parte do respons vel da unidade at ao final do processo (An lise, registo, solicitar esclarecimentos, refor ar os pedidos de resposta, analisar os esclarecimentos, elaborar e enviar resposta ao cliente) e consequente encerramento do mesmo junto da ERS;
- Garantir que as reclama es com temas mais delicados e de cariz mais gravoso, os casos s o encaminhados para a Provedoria do Cliente e acompanhados pelo Gestor da unidade, de acordo com a sua complexidade;
- Gerir a plataforma da ERS e mailbox da Entidade, no sentido de garantir a resposta s informa es requeridas e agiliza o do fecho dos processos;
- Gerir Plataforma do Livro de Reclama es Electr nico e encaminhamento das respectivas intera es para o Gabinete do Cliente;
- Verificar a correspond ncia que chega ao Gabinete do Cliente;
- Garantir a gest o de arquivo (f sico e eletr nico);
- Fazer o registo de todas as intera es envolvendo cada caso na plataforma ClipOne - o que implica garantir que os dados registados se referem especificamente ao reclamante e ao cliente envolvido;
- Identificar o/os Profissionais/Servi os envolvidos de forma a proceder ao encaminhamento para recolha dos devidos esclarecimentos;
- Manter o reclamante/cliente informado no decurso do per odo de an lise da sua exposi o, dando-lhe algum tipo de retorno, sempre que poss vel;
- 2 anos de experi ncia em fun es similares (preferencial);
- 12 ano de escolaridade completo ou equivalente em Portugal (obrigat rio).
- Excelente dom nio da l ngua Portuguesa e Inglesa na forma falada e escrita;
- Destreza a n vel inform tico e boa capacidade de utiliza o de diferentes ferramentas em simult
- Boa capacidade de comunica o e argumenta o imprescind vel;
- Conhecimento dos circuitos/procedimentos envolvidos na rea hospitalar, seja na rea administrativa seja na rea cl nica, de modo a identificar falhas e alertar para as mesmas, visando a sua corre o ou evitar a sua reincid ncia;
- Conhecimento das equipas envolvidas relativamente a cada aspecto alvo de reclama o, de modo a efetuar um tratamento mais eficiente das comunica es dos e para os;
- Capacidade de organiza o do tempo e gest o do trabalho de forma eficiente;
- Flexibilidade para gerir as exig ncias da atividade com as eventuais necessidades de concilia o, pr prias e da restante equipa;
- Empatia e imparcialidade no tratamento dos assuntos, quer relativamente aos clientes/reclamantes quer relativamente aos profissionais envolvidos;
