We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist/Consultant Neurosurgeon to join our team. As a Specialist/Consultant Neurosurgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional neurosurgical care to our clients.

    As a Neurosurgeon Specialist/Consultant, you will focus on diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the central nervous system, including the brain and spinal cord. You will evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform surgical procedures, and provide post-operative care. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving the neurological health and well-being of our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive neurological examinations
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) scans
    • Perform surgical procedures, such as brain and spinal surgeries, to treat conditions like tumors, injuries, and congenital disorders
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including pre-operative and post-operative management
    • Provide thorough and accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of neurosurgery through continuous learning and professional development

    Requirements

    • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Neurosurgeon Specialist/Consultant
    • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various neurological conditions
    • Expertise in performing complex surgical procedures on the brain and spinal cord
    • Strong knowledge of neurosurgical principles, practices, and treatment options
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
    • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex neurosurgical issues
    • Doctor of Medicine degree
    • Certification to practice Neurosurgery
    • Experience in diagnosing patients
    • Deep knowledge of microsurgery techniques
    • Perfect hand-eye coordination and dexterity
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Flexibility to work with a shifting schedule
