Job Position - Senior Technical Analyst / Implementation Support (Wealth)Company- RiDiK Pte Ltd

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Analyst / Implementation Support professional with strong expertise in Wealth Management platforms, particularly Advent solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive banking domain experience and hands-on technical capabilities to manage production systems, vendor coordination, and digital banking platform support within Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Wealth Digital Banking production systems.
Monitor and resolve incident/problem tickets within SLA.
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
Review vendor proposals and manage service quality.
Provide technical recommendations and periodic status reports.
Mandatory Skills:
Should have the 8+ years' experience in Wealth Management Domain in Banking.
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Advent tools: APX, Tradex, Syncova, AdvNet Investrack, ReachOut.
Manage the production systems within IT for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms solutions.
Experience in TradeNet and Core Banking systems (ETHIX).
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience in Java, WebLogic.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence.
Good understanding of data integrations, APIs, and system interfaces.
Experience in production support, incident management & SLA monitoring.
Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Closely monitor the incidents tickets and problem tickets and close them before the breach of SLA.
Clear understanding of data, extractions, APIs on systems such as APC, Tradex, Inevestrack, Syncova etc.
