Key jobresponsibilities

Create and cultivate a safetyculture by identifying safety opportunities across your workarea

Ensure that customer orders are fulfilledper quality guidelines

Continuously providecritical shift related information to frontline management andoperators

Adjust labor allocation withinassigned department throughout the shift per latestplan

Drive proactive actions as communicatedby manager to remove barriers impacting good shiftperformance

Engage with support functionsand/or other departments to address common issues or needs in keyareas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety,training

Support customers' orderfulfillment by working directly and on a regular basis onoperations tasks within yourdepartment

Deliver coaching and feedback toline operators related to productivity and quality performance, andsafe behaviors

Develop subject matterexpertise on all operations processes in assigneddepartment

BasicQualifications

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/workarea, including weekends, nights, and/orholidays
• Very good command of English language(spoken, listening, writing)
• Experience incoaching or leading a team
  

PreferredQualifications

• Basic understanding of Leanmethodology
• Analytical skills (able to identifyproblem root cause, predict issues by looking at data and KeyPerformance Indicators)
• Orientation towardsdetail and precision
• Ability to deep dive inoperations process and develop ideas for processchallenges
• Capable of working the entire MSOffice suite, especially Excel
• Inventory& Quality Assurance Managementexperience
• Proactive problem solving and handson approach
• Ability to learn new skills andinformation and adapt to changes and deliver results, whilstworking in a fast pacedenvironment
