The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting prospects and clients from the front desk to the sales lounge ;
• Receiving, opening, reading, and sending emails and reporting to the corresponding services ;
• Ensuring incoming calls, routes, or reports to the relevant person ;
• Planning maintenance services on the premises (cleaning team, food, beverage, etc.) ;
• Preparing materials to support group meetings (printing of documents/files to be

The Profile

Skills required:

• You have additional knowledge of a third language would be appreciated ;
• You are a business school graduate and have sales experience ;
• You have experience in real estate desired but not essential ;
• You are very comfortable in writing and speaking;
• Fluent in Russian and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• You have good computer skills.
