A customer success manager supports your customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products. They're focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Maintain Sales MIS daily (Logins, Bookings, pipeline ).
- Track & report status of the leads received through various channels to the team.
- To assist in screening/ processing deals and monitoring errors to ensure improved TAT and better customer onboarding experience.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give necessary fulfilment support when requested.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating Product and any corresponding issues.
- Generating and distributing management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- To ensure Product Training and Presentation to all new joiners
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be target oriented and proficient in MS Office. (Excel specifically)
- Must have proven record of closing deals in banking sector.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards.
- Experience in handling the CRM system to manage the pipeline (fresh sales) would be ideal.
- A communications or marketing degree is preferred.

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
