Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Train guide and monitor and recruit result oriented sales consultants.
  • Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the company and that you are able to effectively articulate its positioning in the marketplace.
  • Maintain a personal uptodate knowledge of the Dubai Property Market and service and awareness of general industry trends.
  • Focus on assertively establishing new client contacts.
  • Take responsibility for your own professional development, ensuring that you have the financial literacy, negotiation and facetoface selling skills needed to successfully do your job.
  • Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action planning.
  • Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise
  • Drive opportunities to upsell and crosssell all properties listed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline.
Package
Commission Based Package Only - will be discussed at the interview


Salary:
From AED1.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
