    Description

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assists the Executive Chef withmanaging cost controls and control expenditures for theaccount
    • Assists the Executive Chef withplanning and creating menus
    • Produces andexecute catering events
    • Rolls out new culinaryprograms in conjunction with Company marketing and culinaryteam

    PreferredQualifications:

    • A.S. or equivalentexperience
    • Some progressive culinary/kitchenmanagement experience, depending upon formal degree ortraining
    • Catering experience aplus
    • High volume, complex foodserviceoperations experience - highlydesirable
    • Institutional and batch cookingexperiences helpful
    • Comprehensive knowledge offood and catering trends with a focus on quality, production,sanitation, food cost controls, andpresentation
    • Must be experienced withcomputers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet
    • Mustbe willing to participate in client satisfactionprograms/activities
    • ServSafe certified - highlydesirable
