Qualifications and experience required:


  • Minimum 1year experience working as sales representative and/or receptionist with financial or other related goals/targets.
  • Proven positive track record at previous organizations.
  • Must be willing to work extensive hours to achieve goals if required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in organization with direct reporting line to unit manager or department supervisor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Follows all front desk systems and procedures: Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiry, Guest Registration, Cash Handling, Replacement of Member ID Card, Delinquent Account Procedures, guest passes, New Member Registration and processing, Personal Training,and other financial transaction processing,
  • Uses the Communication Tool at the front desk and record all matters related to operations, shift handover.
  • Directs and controls all gym walkthroughs.
  • Uses the Maintenance Log to report all maintenance matters that are reported to him/her.
  • Records all in "Lost and Found" items and storage thereof.
  • Communicates with Club Manager regarding ways to improve front desk operations.
  • Assures shift handover and takeover is done currently including cash register drawer counts and shift reports.
  • Stands in and support, handle sales for Shop retail, concessions, nutrition, and other item stocks.
  • Provides high level of service in all segments of operations to existing clients /members, but also, for potential members/clients (prospects).

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
